UKSC 2023/0034: Where a claimant company has been struck off and then subsequently restored to the register of companies, what is required for the limitation period to be extended (pursuant to Section 32 of the Limitation Act 1980) on the basis that it could not with reasonable diligence have discovered a fraud during the period it was dissolved?
