Log in to Case Management Portal

The UK Supreme Court (UKSC) and Judicial Committee of the Privy Council (JCPC) Case Management Portal allows parties to submit and manage UK Supreme Court and JCPC case information online.

Parties to a case can use the portal to:

  • apply for Permission to Appeal
    • make submissions and payments relating to a case
      • correspond about their case
        • check case progress
          • contact the Registry with queries that are not case-related

            You must be invited to register for the Case Management Portal before you can use it.
