A member of the Press Office team is on call out-of-hours for URGENT enquiries relating to a breaking news story or the next day’s news coverage.
Judgment updates
Members of the media who would like to subscribe to email updates about the Supreme Court’s work, including information about forthcoming judgments and decided judgments, should email a member of the press team.
Members of the public and legal professionals may subscribe to receive judgment updates by registering their email address on the relevant case page.
Press attendance at appeals and judgment hand downs
A Press Room is available for members of the media to use when reporting on appeals, from where a livestream of courtroom proceedings will be provided. Members of the press may also sit in the courtroom if space allows, but priority is given to legal teams attached to an appeal. Please note that typing on keyboards is not permitted in the courtrooms.
