These Practice Directions, Rules, and Forms are only applicable to cases lodged with the Court before 2nd December 2024.
Cases filed from the 4th December 2024 onwards are covered by the Supreme Court Rules 2024
Forms
These forms are for use on cases that were filed with the UK Supreme Court prior to the 2nd December 2024. They are not valid for cases after that date and will not be accepted by the Court.
