New Rules and Practice Directions now in force

The Supreme Court Rules 2024 and accompanying Practice Directions came into force on 2 December 2024.

All cases filed before December 2024 will continue to be subject to The Supreme Court Rules 2009 for the life of the case, together with the previous practice directions.
