This virtual event, organised in partnership with the UK Supreme Court and the Law Society of England and Wales, is aimed at aspiring solicitor judges, as well as solicitors interested in learning more about judicial careers.
The webinar will provide an opportunity for those considering judicial appointment to glean invaluable insights from Lady Rose (Justice of the Supreme Court), Jane Furniss CBE (Lay Commissioner, Judicial Appointments Commission) and Judge Mulready (First Tier Tribunal Judge, Immigration and Asylum Chamber). The panel will share insights into the role of a judge and provide practical tips for preparation and the application process.
The session will be introduced by Vicky Fox, Chief Executive of the Supreme Court, and chaired by Lubna Shuja, President of the Law Society of England and Wales.
