Hearing date for the reference by the Lord Advocate

Update on the reference by the Lord Advocate under paragraph 34 of Schedule 6 to the Scotland Act 1998 under the Supreme Court’s devolution jurisdiction.

A date for the hearing has been provisionally set for 11 – 12 October 2022.

The panel will be announced in the Michaelmas Term listings, which will be published on the Supreme Court website at the end of September.

We will announce further details via the UKSC website and Twitter account in due course.
