Although the Change Programme came to an end on 31st March 2025, we remain committed to putting our users at the heart of everything we do and continuously improving.
Throughout the Programme, we engaged with over 350 of our internal and external users to shape the Court’s two new websites, Case Management Portal and contact functionality. We will never underestimate the value of the feedback we receive and in line with our commitment to be transparent, we are now sharing our Programme User Feedback report. This provides an overview of the feedback received throughout the Programme, how we responded, and what some of the future work of the Court might look like.
