Supreme Court launches Year 3 Business Plan for 2023-2026
The UK Supreme Court and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council are pleased to publish the final year of our three-year Business Plan 2023-26, setting out how the UKSC and JCPC will deliver a world-leading service to Justices, Court users, students and visitors from both the UK and abroad. We serve through the administration of justice, upholding the rule of law and maintaining the Court’s independence.

The Business Plan sets our five strategic priorities, which guide this work:
- Serving the public
- Providing a world class service
- Focusing on our people
- Engaging outwards
- Diversity, inclusion and belonging
Successful delivery of our Change programme on time and in budget means that we now offer two new websites and a world-leading digital Portal for Court users, the public and professional users. This year we will be focussing on embedding these changes to ensure we continue to offer an excellent service. Further details can be found here.
We will continue to engage outwards nationally and internationally. We will deliver education programmes for schools and universities and welcome more visitors, both national and international, to the Court. Most importantly, we will continue to hear appeals and deliver judgments.
